HOW TO USE THE DANCE APP?

Registration process:

1. Create a profile:

  • Visit this link: https://undercover.dancepass.app
  • Register with your real full name, then confirm your registration via email!
  • If you don’t see the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.
  • Email subject: Please confirm your DancePass registration!

2. Adding you to a group:

  • After registration, we will add you to the appropriate group.
  • If you already purchased a pass, we will also register it in the system.
  • If your group is not on the list, or you would like to join another group as well, please write to us.

Check-in process:

1. Login and installation:

  • Open the platform here: https://undercover.dancepass.app
  • Log in with the email address and password you used during registration.
  • For easier access, you can add the app to your home screen:
    • iPhone: In Safari, tap the share icon → scroll down and select Add to Home Screen.
    • Android: In Google Chrome, tap the 3 dots in the top-right corner → select Add to Home Screen.
  • You can save it as a shortcut or install it under any name you prefer. Once done, you’ll be able to access the app directly from your home screen!

2. Managing your classes:

  • Under the “My Classes” menu, you’ll find your groups.
  • Always sign up for your class in advance, so we can track attendance and capacity.
  • When you arrive at class, show the app at the reception desk to confirm your booking.
  • You’ll instantly see your valid registrations within the app.

3. Purchasing passes:

  • If you don’t have a valid pass, click the “Sign Up” button.
  • You can purchase single tickets or passes in just a few clicks.
  • Supported payment methods: credit/debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
  • Cash and card payments are still available at the studio.

4. Email notifications:

  • In your profile under the “Notifications” menu, you can enable or disable email notifications.
